What do results mean?

In all regular matches, the team on the left had the White pieces on the odd-numbered boards.

In certain cases, such as where there is an odd number of complete teams, the controller decides (at his discretion) to arrange a “jamboree”. This is an arrangement whereby three teams all play against one another. Each team has four players as usual, but on team A, two of the players play against team B and two against team C, and similarly for teams B and C. Jamboree results are formatted differently to make it clear which three teams were involved, which colours the players had, and what each team scored.
